Shopify CRO UK

You Already Have The Traffic. Convert More Of It.

Conversion rate optimisation for Shopify stores that are already getting visitors. We find where people drop out — product page, cart, checkout, mobile — and fix the reasons, in the order that matters.

What you get

Where the money usually leaks

Mobile, where most of it happens

Most Shopify traffic is on a phone and most CRO advice was written looking at a desktop. We test on real devices, at real network speeds.

The checkout you stopped looking at

Unexpected shipping costs, forced account creation, a payment method your customers expect and you do not offer. Small fixes, disproportionate effect.

Speed, because it is conversion

Apps you stopped using, uncompressed hero images, render-blocking scripts. We measure Core Web Vitals on your actual store, not a template.

Scope

What a CRO engagement covers

  • Analytics and conversion tracking audit — establishing a real baseline first
  • Funnel analysis from landing page to completed order
  • Product page review: imagery, copy, reviews, delivery and returns clarity
  • Cart and checkout friction audit, including payment and shipping options
  • Mobile-specific testing on real devices
  • Core Web Vitals and page-speed remediation
  • A prioritised fix list, highest expected impact first
  • Implementation in your theme, and measurement of what each change did

Why Eleviq

Why work with a UK team on this

UK buying expectations

Delivery promises, returns wording, VAT display and the payment methods UK shoppers look for. Getting these wrong costs orders quietly.

Evidence before opinion

We fix the baseline tracking first. Optimising against numbers you cannot trust is how six months disappear with nothing to show.

We can make the assets too

When the fix is better product photography or clearer imagery, that is in-house — not a referral and a three-week wait.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How much traffic do we need for this to be worth doing?

Enough that a change can be judged rather than guessed at. If the store is very new, building traffic first is usually the better spend, and we will tell you that.

Do you do A/B testing?

Where the traffic supports it. Below a certain volume a split test takes months to reach significance, so we prioritise fixing known problems over testing preferences.

Will you work in our existing theme?

Yes. Most engagements are changes to the theme you already have. A rebuild is a different conversation and we would say so up front rather than quietly scope one in.

What if the audit finds the store is fine?

Then we say so and point at where the actual constraint is — usually traffic quality or product-market fit. We would rather lose the project than sell an unnecessary one.

Next step

Find out where it is leaking

Send us the store URL. We will go through the funnel and come back with the drop-off points and what we would fix first, before you commit to anything.
