Tell us early and we’ll replace them. It happens occasionally and it isn’t a difficult conversation.
How is confidentiality handled?
Assistants work under a confidentiality agreement, access is granted per tool at the minimum level needed, and access is revoked the day an engagement ends.
Do I need to train them myself?
No. We document and train. You review the output in the first two weeks and tell us what to adjust.
