What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
DRAFT — requires client and legal review
This text was drafted by Lush Coding from what this website actually does. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Eleviq must review, correct and approve it before launch — placeholder register S9. Several values below are still outstanding, and the retention period is a proposal (decision D-104), not a decision.

This policy explains how Eleviq Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in plain language.
Who we are
Eleviq Limited is a digital agency providing e-commerce, marketing, development, creative, growth and virtual assistance services. Our contact details are:
- Email: contact@eleviqlimited.com
- Phone: +44 7411 517969

What we collect, and when
We only collect information you choose to send us. There is no account system on this site and we do not buy or scrape contact data for this website.
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address | You submit the contact or inquiry form | So we can reply to you |
| Phone number, company, website | Optional fields on the inquiry form | So we can give you a specific rather than generic answer |
| Service interest, budget range, timeline, your message | You submit the inquiry form | So we can scope a useful response |
| Your consent, and the wording you agreed to | You tick the consent box | So we have a record of what you agreed to |
| IP address, submission timestamp | You submit either form | Spam prevention and rate limiting only |
We use what you send us to answer your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Analytics and cookies
CONFIRM D-101 — which markets Eleviq operates in
This site is built so that no third-party script, font or tracking widget loads on any page by default. If Eleviq enables Google Analytics 4, it will be configured with IP anonymisation on. Whether a cookie consent banner is required depends on the markets Eleviq operates in — if the UK or EU are among them, one is required before any non-essential cookie is set, and this section must be rewritten accordingly.
How long we keep it
CONFIRM D-104 — retention period
Our proposed policy is to delete or anonymise inquiry records 24 months after the last contact, automatically. Correspondence relating to a signed engagement is kept for as long as we are contractually or legally required to keep it.
Who can see it
Inquiries are readable only by Eleviq staff who need them to respond — in practice the account managers and the marketing lead. They are stored in this website’s database and are not exposed publicly or through any API. Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf as part of running the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what we hold, unless we are required to keep it;
- send you a copy of it in a portable format;
- stop using it for a particular purpose.
Email contact@eleviqlimited.com and we will respond within 30 days. You will not be charged, and you do not need to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, administrator accounts require two-factor authentication, and access to inquiry data follows least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as if it were ours to lose. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged rather than quietly edited in.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection regulator in your country. CONFIRM D-101 — name the relevant regulator once markets are confirmed
Questions about your data?
Ask us directly. We will give you a straight answer about what we hold and why.
